Who are we & how can we assist with your elderly care needs
Quality Care Services provides quality home care services to people living across Northern Ireland. Our focus is on allowing our clients to continue living independently in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.
Over the years, Quality Care Services (QCS) has provided quality home care to thousands of disabled and elderly people living around Belfast, NI and Tameside. With client-base comprising people of all ages, our services are either commissioned through local authorities or purchased directly by our clients or their families.
Our key aims are to improve the lives of the people we’re looking after wherever we can, providing reassurance to their friends and family that their loved ones are in good hands. Treating each client with the dignity, respect and compassion they deserve, QCS always strives for excellence in exceeding stipulated regulatory standards.

Quality Care Services is a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA), adhering to the UKHCA Code of Practice.
We are very proud of our committed workforce. Every day, hundreds of Quality Care Services staff make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable older and disabled people. If you think supporting vulnerable people as a care assistant is your calling, join our growing team of dedicated carers.
Teams in our local branches are similarly dedicated to providing care services of the highest quality. Each local office is overseen by a RQIA Registered Manager who is responsible for a team of care coordinators and field-based assessors. Depending on the size of the operation, local teams may also comprise recruiters and admin support staff.
Our local sites are supported by an experienced and highly competent regional management team which offers daily support to local branches, ensuring that our services remain of a consistently high standard.
